AppointmentLetter

Appointment letters can be generated for the appointment. The default format for the letter is set using the Default Letter defined in Lists|Resources for the selected resource, but an alternative format can be selected from the menu

You can write your own appointment letter templates. Use one of the appointment documents (eg the Sample Appointment Message.rtf) in the ..\HearSoft\HearAid\Reports\Forms folder as a starting point, modify it to suit your own preferences and save it in the same folder as a Rich Text Document. Templates can be edited in any word processor capable of generating RTF documents, such as Microsoft Word, or using HearAid's own Rich Text Editor.

Any templates you create and save in ..\HearSoft\HearAid\Reports\Forms will automatically appear on the menu and on the Default Letter pick list in Lists|Resources
