The EARtrak module is an optional add-on designed for subscribers to the EARtrak service. The module generates survey letters and data extracts and follow-up letters. Extracts are automatically e-mailed for analysis.

Survey queries the database and prepares a listing of clients fitted six months ago, then generates a survey letters for each client

Follow Up reads an EARtrak "No Response" list from EARtrak and generates a follow-up letter for each non-respondent

Note: The EARtrak data extraction process makes certain assumptions about data entered by the user:

1.	A Fitting Status code has been for each fitting

2.	An Audiogram Type code has been entered for each fitting

3.	Funding Source is set as Compensation if an Insurance Claim Reference has been entered in Details\|Identifiers

4.	Age is calculated using the client's Date of Birth and the Fitting Date

The EARtrak module is an optional add-on and the licence key must be installed on each computer used to connect to HearAid
