Resources are used in the optional Calendar module.
| • | At least one resource must be created in order for the Calendar to work properly, but there is no limit to the number of resources which can be created |
| • | The order of the resource columns in the Day Sheet is determined by the Resource Caption |
| • | Caption Colour defines the colour of the background for the resource column |
| • | Location is used when printing appointment letters, to ensure the client it directed to the correct address when resources are located at different sites |
| • | Use Ext. ID Lookup List will force the client look-up list in the Appointment Editor to use External Clients rather than Clients |
| • | Default Letter sets the default template to be used when printing appointment letters |
| • | Active is used to show/hide resources in the Calendar. Only active resources are displayed |
If you do not select a Caption Colour for your resources, the Calendar will allocate default colours for you
