HearAid 5.0 includes a simple spreadsheet editor which can be used to view and edit Excel-compatible spreadsheet (XLS) files. The Spreadsheet editor is not intended to mimic the functionality of Excel, rather it is designed as a tool which can be used to open spreadsheets created by Exporting data from HearAid 5.0 reports and queries.

1.Select the folder containing the Excel file, or click the Open button on the toolbar
2.Select the Excel file
3.Click the Save button to save any changes
