The Clients Table view is a convenient way of quickly viewing many clients' records at once. The table can be customised, sorted and filtered

 

The Toolbar:

ClientTableToolbar

 

Print Table allows the table to be printed, respecting any active filtering, sorting and column customisation

 

The Work Area:

ClientTable

 

The Client Table provides access to all client detail records in the database and is therefore a very useful tool for quickly creating filtered views/subsets of clients. Obviously, this could be considered to be quite sensitive information and so tight control is exercised over how this data can be used. Most importantly, the Client table can only be printed by SYSDBA or users with Administrator privileges. Any other user who attempts to print or export the data will be blocked with an error message:

The Client Table can be used as the data source for mail merging. Once you have filtered the table as you need, mail merges or mailing labels can be generated by selecting a merge document from the Mail Merge button on the toolbar
